Michael is a lifelong Peninsula resident. He attended Randolph-Macon College, where he majored in Chemistry and minored in Economics. In his time there he took on research projects in Cellular Biology and Economics and published papers on those topics. He then attended The Dickinson School of Law at The Pennsylvania State University.
During his time at law school, Michael assisted in the research of Bilateral Investment Treaties and participated in a work study with the Investigations and Hearings Division of the Federal Communications Commission.
Michael is experienced in a wide variety of criminal and civil matters. He has significant trial experience in the local Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts, General District Courts and Circuit Courts and has argued before the Virginia Supreme Court.
